1 scoop BodyTech Whey Tech Pro 24 Protein
2 Egg Whites , liquid
1/2 serving Bob's Red Mill Oat Flour (15 grams)
1 packet stevia
1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
Sugar free syrup
Beat egg whites. Add protein powder, stevia packet, oat flour and stir. Add dash cinnamon (optional)
Cook on preheated waffle maker about 3 -5 minutes. Don't overcook, it will taste gritty. Play around with recipe , can be great for those times when you really need a fix :D
I usually spray the waffle maker with non stick butter spray and cook 3 minutes. I add sugar free syrup and a few strawberries or blueberries and enjoy :D You will not like this if you hate protein powder
