Ingredients

1 cup Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked
2 cups water
1 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce (tabasco)
1 pat butter (1" sq, 1/3" high)
1 slice tomato, diced
Dash garlic salt
Directions
Makes 1 serving, but can easily be duplicated to make more.
Bring water to a boil in a medium sauce pan. Measure out 1 cup of whole wheat spaghetti. Snap in half and place in boiling water, stirring occasionally. Drain when pasta is cooked to your liking, DO NOT RINSE.
Place pasta in a small bowl. Stir in butter, tabasco, and diced tomatoes. Sprinkle garlic salt on top. Voila!
