Butter Bean Salad

Ingredients

    2 Cans Large butter beans, drained and rinsed
    2 large green onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp Olive oil
    2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
    Black Pepper to taste

Directions

Drain beans and place into bowl. Add onions, oil, and vinegar. Mix well. Chill well before serving.

1/2 C = serving
