Ingredients

    3/4 cup instant oatmeal, nuked in water
    1/2 cup light soy milk (or substitute skim milk)
    1/4 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
    3/4 cup mixed frozen berries
    2 teaspoons whey powder
    3 ice cubes, crushed

Directions

Blend everything using blender until smoothied.

This makes two 8 oz. servings.
