Lemon and Feta Chicken

Ingredients

    8 skinless chicken thighs
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 tsp garlic powder
    3 tsp oregano
    salt and fresh ground pepper
    1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Trim all fat off chicken. Season chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, and lemon juice. Place in a roasting pan and bake for about 35 - 40 minutes. When chicken is cooked, remove from the oven and sprinkle with feta.
Broil on low for about 2-3 minutes, until cheese is golden brown.
