Ingredients



    * Eggplant, fresh, 2.5 cup, cubes (remove)
    * Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    * Mushrooms, canned, .5 cup (remove)
    * Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Black Olives, 100 grams (remove)
    * *Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce, Traditional, 1.5 cup (remove)
    * Great Value Mozzerella Cheese (shredded/part skim), 6 serving (remove)
    * *Sahara pita bread 100% whole wheat, 6 serving (remove)
    * Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Saute veggies in EVOO until tender; stir in pizza sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Toast pita bread. Put filling on pita, top with cheese.
