Introduction

Growing up, my parents always made "must goes" for dinner - stuff we needed to eat before it went bad. This is my version, made into a hearty stew! Growing up, my parents always made "must goes" for dinner - stuff we needed to eat before it went bad. This is my version, made into a hearty stew!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Pacific Organic French Onion soup
    1 can black beans
    1/2 package frozen stir fry veggies
    1 cup chopped tomatoes
    1 package frozen cauliflower
    1 package extra firm tofu
    2 cups hot water

Directions

Chop up the tomatoes & tofu into bite size pieces. Toss all the veggies into the soup pot, add the beans & soup. Simmer for about 15 minutes, then add the tofu. Simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
