    * Banana, fresh, 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)
    * Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    * Kiwi Fruit, 1 fruit without skin, large
    * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    add 3 ice cubes for frostiness
    sugar, Splenda or honey to taste if you want it sweeter.
