Introduction

This is a great salsa on anything from tortilla chips to fish, very tasty. This is a great salsa on anything from tortilla chips to fish, very tasty.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    One Large Mango diced
    One Large Pepper (green, orange, red) diced
    One Red Onion diced
    One 15 oz can of Black Beans
    1/2 cup chopped cilantro (I put extra because it's tasty)
    2 Tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar
    Juice of one Lime
    Dash of Pepper

    Mix together and let sit in the refrigerator a couple of hours before you eat.
