Cilantro Chicken

Ingredients
-
Chicken breasts, thawed - 2
Butter - 2 Tbsp
Cilantro, chopped - 1/2 cup (or to personal taste)
Garlic, minced - 1/4 cup
Directions
-Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Farenheit
-Place the chicken breasts in a casserole dish.
-Place 1 Tbsp of butter on top of each chicken breast
-Spread half of the garlic on each chicken breast
-Chop up the cilantro and sprinkle over the top of the chicken
-Place a lid (or foil) on top of the casserole dish
-Place the casserole dish in the oven for about 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked all the way through.
-If desired, remove the dish half way through the cooking period and use a spoon to scoop the melted butter/garlic/cilantro back up on top of the chicken breasts (it melts down to the bottom) - then recover the dish and return to the oven for the rest of the cooking period.
