Ingredients

    1 cup chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    2 tsp olive oil
    1 can kidney beans
    1 large can crushed tomatoes
    1 cup corn
    8 oz. whole wheat macaroni

Directions

Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add kidney beans, tomatoes and corn. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to directions. Add pasta to tomato mixture. Serve topped with shredded cheddar cheese.
