Watermelon Sorbet

Introduction

Super easy! Can also be made with baking Splenda to be less calories Super easy! Can also be made with baking Splenda to be less calories
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 seedless watermelon, diced (about 5 cups)
    1 cup sugar
    2 cups water
    about 1 TBSP lime juice

Directions

Freeze watermelon cubes in the freezer until solid.
Meanwhile, dissolve the sugar in the water either in a microwavable bowl or over the stove.
Blend together the frozen watermelon with the sugar water and add lime juice. You can stick it back in the freezer to harden, or eat it soft!
