Introduction

Ingredients

    2 tsp Olive oil
    1/2 cup 2% Mozzarella cheese (kroger)
    2/3 cup fat free cottage cheese
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp basil
    dash pepper
    *noodles - not calculated

Directions

In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients. Heat stirring, over medium -low heat until cheese is melted. Spoon over cooked whole wheat pasta.
