Chicken buffard(indian recipe)

Introduction

if you prefer you can also use beef.or chicken breast.
and 1 whole can of coconut milk and less water. (more cal.)

Ingredients

    chicken thighs no skin
    1 large onion , sliced
    3 garlic, chopped
    2 jalopeno peppers, de seeded and chopped
    1 cup Bell peppers (any color)
    1 1/2 inch fresh ginger, chopped
    .5 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp turmeric
    1 tsp cumin seeds, ground
    .5 tsp cinnamon powder
    .5 tsp cloves, ground

Directions

serves 5 at 1 tgh each
Heat oil in pan,add the onions and fry for a minute or two,
then add the garlic, jalopenos and ginger, fry until fragrant
add the bell peppers, spices and chicken, fry for a few minutes untill chicken is browned.Add coconut milk and water , let cook until well done. serve vith rice .
