100% Whole Wheat Bread

Number of Servings: 48

Ingredients

    4 cups warm water
    3 8g packages of yeast
    6 tablespoons of brown sugar
    1/3 cup Canola Oil (or vegetable oil)
    2 large eggs
    10 cups whole wheat flour
    4 teaspoons salt

Directions

1. Place warm water and sugar in mixing bowl and mix till sugar dissolves. Add yeast and let sit for 10 min.
2. turn mixer on low and start adding oil, eggs and flour and last salt. Mix for at least 5 min until everything is combined and then continue to mix until dough is soft and pliable.
3. Turn out onto floured surface and need for 5 min. Divide into 4 sections and shape into loafs.
4. Place each loaf in a well oiled bread pan and turn once to cover.
5. Cover the loafs with tea towel and let rise for 30 min.
6. Bake in 350 degree oven for 36 min.
7.Remove from over and turn loafs out on cooling rack and brush with melted butter to keep top crust soft.
