Mozzarella Tomato Basil Advocado Salsa

Introduction

Light mix of fresh summer vegtables, beautiful as a side dish, on its own, or with chicken, fish or steak. Light mix of fresh summer vegtables, beautiful as a side dish, on its own, or with chicken, fish or steak.

Ingredients

    2 cups Cherry or Grape Tomatoes quartered
    2 tsp garlic minced
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1/4 cup red onion chopped finely
    1 tbsp olive oil
    4 leaves fresh basil
    2 oz. chopped mozzarella {can used crumbled feta as an alternative}
    1/2 advocado sliced into small pieces.
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl allow to sit for at least 1 hour prior to serving, this allows the flavors to mingle with one another. It is always better the next day!
