Ingredients



    * *London Broil, 2 1/2 Lb
    * Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp
    * *Flour, white, .5 cup
    * balsamic vinegar, 4 tablespoon
    * *Potato, raw, 6 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)
    * Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    * Carrots, raw, 4 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    * *mushroom, fresh, 6 oz
    * Beef bouillon, 1 cube dissolved in 1 Cup water

Directions

Heat Olive Oil in large dutch oven. Dredge meat in flour with salt & pepper, then brown in oil. When browned add bouillon, balsamic vinegar and vegetables. Simmer on stove for about 20-30 minutes, then move to 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 - 2 hours until meat & vegetables are tender.
