Ingredients

5 slices Healthy Life 100% Whole Wheat High Fiber, Reduced Sodium Bread
1/2 cup liquid egg whites or 3-4 fresh egg whites
1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, not packed
12 ounce can Evaporated fat free skim milk
3 tbsp Cocoa, Hershey's, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
2 teaspoons Vanilla (Pure Vanilla from Madagascar)
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
2 tablespoons Nestle Mini Chocolate Chips
18 tablespoons Cool Whip Sugar Free, divided, 2 tablespoons per serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray vegetable spray into a 9-inch square casserole dish. Layer broken pieces of bread in casserole and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips; set aside.
Mix together brown sugar Splenda, cinnamon and cocoa. Whisk together egg whites and brown sugar/cocoa blend. Gradually whisk in evaporated skim milk and vanilla. Pour milk mixture evenly over bread pieces; let stand for 5-10 minutes or refrigerate until ready to bake. Set in oven; bake for about 35 minutes or until center is puffed and slightly golden. Serve warm with 2 tablespoons sugar free Cool Whip per serving (calculated in nutrition facts) or your favorite reduced fat ice cream (not calculated in nutrition facts).
