1/3 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 pound chicken breast, no skin
Couple sprays of Crisco No-Stick Olive Oil Cooking Spray
1 cup Fat Free Kraft Mozzarella
9 oz (1/2 box) Barilla Linguine
1 jar Bertolli Organic Olive oil, Basil & Garlic Marinara
Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan in a shallow dish. Dip chicken in eggs, then cover with bread crumb mixture. Arrange chicken on cookie sheet, spray with olive oil.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink in center. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake an addition 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Meanwhile, prepare linguine according to package. Drain, return to pot and add marinara, heating through.
Divide among plates, top with chicken. I added any leftover sauce in pan to the top of the chicken.
