Cheesecake - Old Fashioned Recipe (no bake)

Ingredients

    1 8oz package of low fat cream cheese
    1 14oz fat free condensed milk
    Juice from 1 lemon
    2 tsp of vanilla extract
    Keebler Grahm Cracker Crust

Directions

Combine first four ingredients in mixer until smooth. Pour over Grahm Cracker crust. Cover and cool in refrigerator for 3 hours before serving.

    Taste great so far....but I changed it just a bit..I made my own graham cracker crust to help with someof the calories..I only used half the condensed milk and added strawberries befor I poured over the crust..with the little bit of graham cracker mixture I had left I sprinkled some over the top :) - 8/12/10
