2 cups quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tsp pepper or lemon pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 cup cooking oil or shortening
water to make moist
2. Double or triple recipe according to size of bird. Two cups will stuff a 4 lb. bird.
