Introduction

Ingredients

    6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    2 cans Italian Stewed Tomatoes
    1 can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano
    1 can tomato sauce
    2 medium fresh zucchini
    1 package fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 package spaghetti noodles
    olive oil cooking spray
    2 tsp Italitan seasoning
    garlic salt
    ground pepper

Directions

Spray frying pay with olive oil cooking spray.
Using garlic salt and pepper to taste, salt and pepper both sides of each of the 6 chicken breasts.
Brown both sides of each of the 6 chicken breasts.
Cut zucchini into approximately 1/4" slices.
In a separate pot, combined sliced zucchini, sliced mushrooms, 2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes, 1 can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, and 1 can tomato sauce.
Add 2 tsp Italian seasoning ( or season to taste).
Mix until zucchini and mushrooms are covered.
Add the 6 chicken breasts to the pot making sure each breast is covered with mixture.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat to a simmer.
Cook approximately 30 minutes, stirring often, or until chicken is cooked through.
Bring water to a boil.
Boil spaghetti noodles 11-15 minutes or until tender (note this can be done before during or after making the other)
Once both are done serve one chicken breast with 2 cups sauce over 1 cup spaghetti noodles
Makes approximately 6 servings
