1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp lime juice
2 garlic cloves (minced)
2 tilapia fillets
1 yellow summer squash
1 bunch fresh asparagus
2 oz mozzarella (shredded)
marinate tilapia fillets in mix for one hour in fridge.
preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease baking dish.
arrange squash and asparagus in baking dish.
place tilapia on top of veggies and season with poultry seasoning lightly.
discard remaining marinade.
bake 20 minutes; sprinkle with mozzarella and continue baking for 5 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
