CROCKPOT CHICKEN PARMESAN

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 CAN TOMATOES
    GARLIC POWDER
    ONION POWDER
    BASIL
    OREGANO
    2 FROZEN CHICKEN BREASTS
    1 TSP GRATED PARMESAN
    1/2 SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE

Directions

1. Place tomatoes in a food processor and add next 4 ingredients to taste.

2. Place chicken breasts in slow cooker and top with tomato mixture, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

3. Cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4 hours. 1/2 hour before the end of the cooking time, add mozzarella cheese, and cook until it's melted.

4. Serve with whole wheat pasta and enjoy!
