Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 3/4 cup warm water (about 110)
    2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
    2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    4 cups (20 ounces) whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt

Directions

Place the warm water in breadmaker, followed by oil, salt, flour then the yeast on top. Use the dough setting on your breadmaker.

Makes enough dough for approximately 3-4 large thin-crust pizzas.
