Ground Beef Medley

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 lb 93% Lean Ground Beef
    2 cups Red Ripe Tomatoes, chopped with juice
    1 cup Onions, chopped
    1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped
    1 tsp Parsley, dried
    5 Basil leaves
    Garlic, 1 clove chopped finely

Directions

In skillet put lean ground beef with garlic, basil & parsley & cook till meat is almost completely brown. Drain any fat.
(If making with a pasta, bring water to boil & start cooking pasta at this time.)
Add remaining ingredients & cook on medium heat till vegtables are soft.
(when pasta is done, drain & add to skillet)
Serves 4 - 6
