Dynamite Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Stewed Tomatoes, 3 cup (remove)
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)
    * Tomato Paste, 4 cup (remove)
    * *Italian Sausage, pork, 4 link, 4/lb (remove)
    * Ground Turkey, 8 patty (4 oz, raw) (yield after cook (remove)
    * Garlic powder, 8 tbsp (remove)
    * Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Rosemary, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
    * Tomato Sauce, 1.5 cup (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)

Directions

cook veggies in 1 tbsp of oil
cook meat in 1 tsp oil oil thoroughly
mix veggies and meat together, add tomato sauce and paste. Add spices and garlic powder. Add remaining olive oil. Let simmer together for an hour. Serve over whole wheat or multigrain pasta.

Makes 25-1/2 cup servings.
