Introduction

Use in any recipe calling for meatballs Use in any recipe calling for meatballs
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 cup oat bran
    16 oz grass fed ground beef
    1/4 cup water or beef broth
    1/4 cup minced onion
    1 large egg
    1 tsp seasoned salt

Directions

Mix everything together, shape into balls and put them on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in a 350 oven for about 30 minutes.
