Ingredients

Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless) I use 6 because my two guys eat like football players! Cut in thin strips.

Two cans of diced no salt tomatoes (couldn't find any thing listed that said whole cans) Feel free to use chili ready or onion and garlic canned diced if you want.

    One green pepper sliced

    One red pepper sliced
(can use two red or two green or even yellow if you want!)

Three fresh jalopeno peppers (i put up to 4 or 5 in-we like it spicy!-Can even leave out if you want)

Two medium onions sliced (can put more or less in as you please)

Three garlic cloves crushed (you can leave out if you want)

Chili powder 3 tbsps or to taste

Cumin powder 1 or more tbsps or to taste (didn't give me an option for powder just seeds DON'T USE SEEDS)

Coriander powder 1 or more tbsps or to taste (this is opitional if you don't have it won't change the taste any)

    Cilantro to taste (opitional again)

Tortillas, lettuce, and cheese when ready to eat!

Directions

Put all sliced up ingredients into a crock pot and cook between 4-8 hours. Including juice from tomatoes!

It will be a juicy mix when done. Use slotted spoon to dice up.

This makes a LARGE crock pot of fajitas. Enough for 6 or more people having two to three each. feel free to make less or more!
