Introduction

One of our favorite summer salads.
Also great for picnics.

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Broccoli, fresh, 6 cup, chopped or diced (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 3 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    Olive Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .25 cup (remove)
    Cider Vinegar, .5 cup (remove)
    Celery seed, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Steam broccoli stems for 1 minute, and crowns for 30 seconds. Thinly slice red onion. Chop peppers and slice mushroom. Mix dressing ingredients and toss over veggies
