preheat oven to 350. Tear Kale into med size pieces, rinse and drain thoroughly with salad spinner. Place on cookie sheet or half sheet, drizzle very lightly with olive oil, then bake until edges brown and the leaves are dried and crisp. Finish with a little kosher or sea salt and enjoy!

I use butter flavored cooking spray instead of oil (spray pan/s, then spray leaves). I also like to use seasoned salt, but any seasoning you like would be yummy (Mrs. Dash, popcorn seasoning, garlic powder, parmesan, etc.). It takes about 10-15 minutes to bake.
