IntroductionGreat summer pizza! Great summer pizza!
1 (14oz) Italian cheese flavored pizza crust (such as Boboli)
2 tsps olive oil
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tomato, sliced thin
6 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
basil leaves (as few or as many as you want)
place pizza crust on a baking sheet, brush crust with olive oil, sprinkle on parmesan cheese.
arrange tomato slices ove cheese, top with garlic.
sprinkle on mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper.
bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until crust is golden. remove pizza from oven and top with fresh basil leaves.
let stand for 5 minutes.
