1 egg
3/4 cups nonfat milk
1/2 cup lowfat grated Cheddar cheese
2 oscar mayer natural hot dogs, cut into pieces

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease muffin tins.
Whisk the eggs and milk in a small bowl until smooth. Stir in the cornbread mix and cheese. Spoon mixture into muffin tins until 2/3 full. Add a few pieces of hot dog to the center of each muffin and push down slightly.
Bake in a preheated oven 14 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown.
