16 oz boneless skinless chicken breast halves
4 teaspoons Dijon style mustard
4 slices Hormel Natural Ham
2 slices swiss cheese (kroger 2%) -cut in half
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder and paprika seasoning
Spread chicken breast half with mustard. Cut ham and cheese slice to fit chicken. Top chicken breast with ham and cheese slice. Roll up, tucking ends inside. Sprinkle with salt and seasonings. Tie with string if desired.
Bake at 375°F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear.
OR - saute in pan (medium high heat) on both sides until brown. Reduce heat and cover pan - let cook about 10 minutes, adding water if necessary.
