Tuna Macaroni Noodle Casserole

This is a delicious tuna casserole my family loves. I calculated the nutrition info with the brand names/ingredients listed, but you can change items to low-fat or other substitutions. Ingredients

10 oz. Ronzoni Smart Taste Elbow Noodles
1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 small can Green Giant mushroom pieces
1/3 cup of skim milk
1/4 cup Hellmann's Low Fat Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 cup Kraft Fine Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (or you can use regular Cheddar)
1 can Starkist light chunk tuna in water (drained)
1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. Paprika
4 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (or you can use regular butter)
Directions
-Preheat oven 350 degrees.
-Cook elbow noodles according to box directions and drain.
-In a large bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, mayo and dry mustard.
-When above ingredients are mixed thoroughly, stir in cheese, tuna and mushrooms. Mix well.
-Fold in elbow noodles, then put into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Set aside.
-In a small pan, melt butter then mix in bread crumbs and paprika. Sprinkle mixture on top of casserole.
-Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
