Ingredients

    1 lg can tuna in water, drained
    2 hard boiled eggs
    1 cup romaine lettuce shredded
    1/2 cup spinach ,chopped fine
    3 baby carrots grated
    4 tbsp. mayo

Directions

drain and flake tuna, add in rest of ingredients,mix in just enough mayo to coat.make enough for 6 sandwiches
