Ingredients

    1 1/3 cup Rice Select Royal Blend (Texmati White, Brown, Wild & Red)
    1/2 rotisserie chicken
    1 can Campbell's Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup fresh spinach
    1/2 cup sliced almonds

Directions

Cook the rice according to package directions.
Shred the chicken.
When rice is done, mix the soup, chicken, and spinach with it in a 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until warm throughout and flavors meld.
Sprinkle with almonds and serve.
