Pizza Luau (Hungry Girl Recipe)

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp low fat marinara
    1 light Engligh Muffin (split)
    1 stick light string cheese
    2 slices shaved deli ham (chopped)
    1 pineapple ring (chopped)
    1 Tbsp red onion (chopped)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spread 1 Tbsp on marinara onto each muffin half

Tear string cheese into shreds and roughly chop. Distribute cheese evenly. Top each half with ham, pineapple, and onion. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
