I used Kraft fat free cheese and home made salsa. You could add other ingredients such as chicken or beef.
Spread half of flour tortilla with hummus. Spread 1 tablespoon salsa on hummus. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup fat free cheddar cheese, shredded. Fold tortilla in half. Spray or brush with olive oil (I use a Misto Sprayer) and cook in hot skillet until browned on each side and cheese is melted. Cut in 4 wedges and enjoy.
