Ingredients

    *Raw Sea Scallops, 7.5 oz (remove)
    *Olive oil spray 2 second spray, 1 serving (remove)

Directions

Spray pan with Olive Oil spray; place each scallop in pan; cook on medium high heat until scallop just starts to get opaque; turn over (each scallop should have brown edges or you have turned too quickly); cintinue until second side has browned. Serve.
