Deb's Bran Muffins

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    3 cups All-Bran Cereal
    3 cups skim milk
    3 large eggs
    2 T olive oil
    1 T molasses
    1 T honey
    1.5 cups white flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 t salt
    4 t baking powder
    1 t cinnamon
    .5 cup flax seed, ground
    .5 cup oat bran
    1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Mix wet ingedients and soak 5 minutes
Cover raisins with water and microwave 2 minutes then add water and raisins to wet mixture
Mix in dry ingedients, pecans last ,and fill 24 muffin cups.
Bake at 400 degrees for 14 minutes
