Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/3 cup All Bran Buds
    1 egg
    1 egg white (toss the yolk - eggs are inexpensive, so don't feel bad throwing the fat & cholesteral down the disposer!
    1 or 2 tbs. water

Directions

Mix all in Magic Bullit or blender till smooth - about 1 minute. Spray a small skillet with Pam and cook on medium high till browned. Flip your pancke and cook till set. Add topping of your choice - friut puree, honey, sugar free syrup. I use Agave. Great source of protein and fiber.
