Low-Calorie Wheat Muffins

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    - 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
    - 1 tsp baking soda
    - 1/2 tsp salt
    - 1 tsp cinnamon
    - 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    - 1 cup Splenda Sugar Substitute
    - 1/2 cup water

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease muffin tin (using Pam).

Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together. Add applesauce, Splenda, and water and then mix. Fill muffin tin with mixture until the cups are 1/2-2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until muffins are brown.

Makes 12 muffins.
