3 medium potatoes 1 tbs olive oil 3 tbs parmesan cheese 2 tbs salt
(other seasonings as preferred)
Easty to do! Just slice thin (I used my mandolin) Toss in a baggie with olive oil and cheese. Spray a microwave safe plate with non-stick spray. Layer potato in a single layer. Microwave 5 - 9 minutes. When potatoes start to brown they are done. Take out and let cool on rack to crisp up. Sprinkle with salt while cooling.
