Introduction

Karin's recipe for blueberry lemon Muffins Karin's recipe for blueberry lemon Muffins
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 MF blueberry oatmeal pkts, 2 MF vanilla pudding,1 MF eggs
    1/1.5 tsp Baking Powder, 1 3/4 cup wate, 3/4 cup lemon juice (yes, that is correct...), 1 tsp Lemon Zest, 3 tbsp sugarfree sweetener.

Directions

Add together all the MF packets (best txture if they are ground together in a blender) Add & mix well the other ingredients. Spray muffin tins and our batter evenly into cups (makes 12 medium or 6 large)
Cook 350 for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool 25 minutes. Bag in 6 ziplock bags and refrigerate.

Makes 6 meals of 2 muffins each. (5 in1 compliant).
