Shrimp Scampi

Shrimp Scampi

    1lb frozen shrimp, cooked
    1/2 cup red Ripe Tomatoes, chopped or sliced
    1/4 cup Onions,sliced
    1 cube Chicken bouillon
    1 1/4 Tablespoon Vinegar or lime juice
    2 Tablespoon Corn Oil or olive oil
    2 Tablespoon Tomato Paste or your choise

Rinse the shrimp. Heat oil and then add the onion, vinegar and tomate until tender. Add shrimp and chicken bouillion and cook for 3 minutes. Add tomato paste and bring to a boil on medium heat until liquid, add water if's needed.
Served with white rice or your favorite rice!
