Gingko nuts in sweetened milk

Introduction

This is a treat for me. This is a treat for me.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup, gingko nuts cooked
    1.5 cups, non fat milk
    1.5 cups soy milk
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup condense milk, sweeten
    2 cups of water, or more
    salt to taste


Directions

Wash the gingko nuts to remove the brine. Put the nuts into pot and cover the nuts a bring to boil. Remove from heat and add sugar.
Remove the nuts and set aside. In the put add the milks and let boil for a few minutes and let thicken a bit. Add the gingko nuts and a dash of salt. Serve either hot or cold.

If serve cold, add shaving of ice as a topping.
