Turkey Omelet with Mushrooms, Onions and cheese

Introduction

Yummy breakfast for two. I usually have it with toast and orange juice. Yummy breakfast for two. I usually have it with toast and orange juice.

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    3/4c Kroger Ground Turkey 85/15
    2 White Button Mushrooms
    2 Baby Portabella Mushrooms
    1/4 c. Onion
    4 Tbsp Butter, unsalted
    3 Egg (extra large)
    1/5 C. Shredded Cheese

Directions

Put 1 Tbsp butter in a pan and add the ground turkey until heated through. Then add 1 Tbsp. butter and add the 3 eggs. When the eggs are cooked put the egg/ ground turkey mixture on a plat with the cheese on top and a sheet of saran on top to melt the cheese. Then sauté mushrooms and onions in the remaining 2 Tbsp. butter. You may use less butter if you like. I like to use more because I generally eat it on toast. Then I don't butter the toast. You may also prefer to use something other than butter,
