garlic hummus 1T servings

Ingredients

    1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    2 garlic cloves
    1 T tahini
    1/2 lemon juiced
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    paprika for garnish

Directions

add rinsed and drained chickpeas to food processor
throw in garlic cloves and tahini
juice lemon into blender
add salt and olive oil
Blend.
Add olive oil as needed. You wan tthe texture to be nice and smooth, I generally add close to 1/2 cup all said and done.
