1 Pound Ground Perdue Chicken
9 slices of Hormel's Sliced Turkey Peperoni
2 1/2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
Chop the peperoni (I use my Pampered Chef Chopper)
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix will.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal sections. Take each section and form into Patties to your desired thickness. Preheat outdoor grill and cook to your desired level of doneness.
I often freeze these individually and take out of the freezer as needed.
